Refund policy

Returns 
We are happy to help you with a return.  Please send the item for a full Refund within 30 days of date of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds
Once your Return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you received a defective or damaged product, please email our team at getCrewd.game@gmail.com with your order number and we would be happy to assist you further. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to:  getCrewd LLC, 153 E. Kamehameha Ave., Suite 104-188, Kahului, HI, 96732  USA

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
